Food Product Handling

All HeartyBoost Foods products are shelf-stable and packaged to maintain quality during transit. We take care to ensure products are properly sealed and protected before shipping.

Once an order has shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
