Return & Satisfaction Policy

Food Product Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. This policy is in place to protect product integrity, safety, and quality for all customers.

All sales of food products are considered final once shipped.


Our Satisfaction Commitment

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly provide a store credit equal to the purchase price of the product for use toward a future order.

Store credits:

  • Are issued at our discretion after review

  • Apply to product price (shipping charges are non-refundable)

  • Must be used within 90 days of issuance


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will promptly resolve the issue by issuing a replacement or store credit.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened food products

  • Used or partially consumed products

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Clearance or promotional items


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the order has been shipped. However, if your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.
